RadonicRodgers is a marketing agency with high standards for levels of professionalism and a highly detailed interior in our recently renovated space. We needed a lock installer for our new space that would apply the same quality ethic to the locksmithing services, as our firm applies to our own services.
Dr. Locksmith provided that in spades with excellent work on all the lock installations of our high-security keyless system throughout our unit. Many doors and catches required extensive customization to accept the new locks which used a different mortise system than the previous system. The doors and frames were all 25 year old hardware and were in poor condition due to many re-fitted locks over the years. Despite the challenging lock interface of the new system, Dr. Locksmith worked tirelessly until every door closed and opened smoothly as if they were all brand new doors and frames. The final result was professional and seamless!!

I called Dr. Locksmith when I was locked in - the front door lock would not release. Moni was on time and very professional, yet pleasant. The 1st thing he tried to do was save the lock. He managed to release it but was unsure if it could be fixed satisfactorily. He gave me 3 choices and I opted to have the lock and door handle eplaced I was permitted to watch the whole process while getting polite and detailed answers to any questions I had concerning the work and the operation of the new and old deadbolts. A reasonable cost for the work and time - thank you, Moni for a job well done and well explained!

Several weeks ago, the lock on our front door ceased functioning (with us locked out), and neither of us had the key to the side door with us. We had originally called another locksmith, but he wanted $250 just to show up, and wasn't available for at least 2 hours. We then called Dr. Locksmith, who quoted a much lower price, and promised to arrive within the hour. Moni arrived within 45 minutes, and while it did take him some time to open our basement door (since the lock on the side door was much less expensive than the one on the front door, he recommended working on opening that one), he then proceeded to fix the problem with the front door lock, and didn't charge extra for that. I would definitely recommend him to anyone requiring the services of a locksmith. He's knowledgeable and extremely personable, patiently answering questions and explaining the process as he went..
